All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and breakfast is included.

Full Rental
Up to 18 guests (no other guests on site) fresh linen and towels, weekly cleaning and linen change (Saturday), use of wifi.

Full week rentals start from 4pm on Saturdays and guests are required to vacate by 10am following Saturday * we will try to be flexible on times wherever possible.
Payment terms:
15 % deposit payable on booking
Payment by bank transfer or Paypal
Balance payable 28 days before arrival
€500 security payment is required on arrival.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation between 60 and 28 days before arrival- 50% penalty
Cancellation between 28 and 14 days before arrival – 60% penalty
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival – 75% penalty
Missed arrivals will be non-refundable.
