I Romiti has 8 double ensuite bedrooms, accommodating between 16 – 20 people. There is a large professional kitchen and a library and lounge area in the church. Outside there is a salt-water infinity pool, and multiple sun and dining terraces with spectacular views across the wooded slopes of the Apuan Alps.  I Romiti can be booked on a self-catering basis, or a private chef can be provided on either a daily or one-off meal basis.

Our rooms

Our rooms are each furnished and decorated with carefully curated artwork and furniture making each room feel unique and comfortable. Our flexible accommodation includes double, twin, and triple occupancy rooms, each with an ensuite shower/bathroom. Two of the rooms can be connected for use as a family suite. Cots are available on request. The east-west orientation of the building and internal shutters keeps the rooms cool even in the height of the summer.

We can accommodate up to 18 guests in the main building. This includes sole use of main building, the chapel, pool, outdoor terraces, and the chestnut barn. No additional overnight guests allowed.

1125 euros per night ( 3 nights minimum )

7200 euros for the full week.

Tourist taxes, VAT and cleaning fee included.

An additional 3 people (taking the total occupancy up to 21) can be accommodated in a separate cottage. This can be booked for:

250 euros per night ( 3 nights minimum )

Full week rentals start from 4pm and guests are required to vacate by 10am on day of departure *we will try to be flexible on times wherever possible.

Payment terms

25 % deposit payable on booking
Payment by bank transfer or Paypal

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation between 60 and 28 days before arrival- 50% of deposit
Cancellation between 28 and 14 days before arrival - 60% of deposit
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival - 75% of deposit
Missed arrivals will be non-refundable.
